When you play poker you can't think about anything but poker. You can't think about the money at stake because you then start making decisions tailoring to money and not poker. In plain terms, you can't make money decisions- you have to make poker decisions.
And there really is no such person as the greatest poker player in the world. What you can do, however, is play each hand perfectly. Play the flop to the best it can be played and then play the turn like it's a science. Then, when you get to the river, play that to pristine perfection. That is what makes you and anyone, a professional poker player.
